Guidance Mission The mission of the Guidance Department at Edward Little High School is to facilitate the academic, career, and personal/social growth of all students. Counselor caseloads have been determiined by splitting the alphabet into four parts. The counselors see those students whose last name begins with the letters from the part of the alphabet that has been designated to them.
