Booking the Donald M. Gay Performing Arts Center is a simple process:

  1. Request a HoldContact Us to place a hold on your desired date or fill out the Event Request Form at the bottom of this page. 
  2. Schedule a Tour/Meeting – Visit the venue or schedule a meeting to discuss event details and logistics.
  3. Receive a Quote – A customized estimate will be provided based on your event needs.
  4. Sign Agreement & Secure Deposit – Finalize your booking by signing the rental agreement and submitting the required deposit and Certificate of Insurance (COI).
  5. New Clients – First-time renters must create an account on our booking software. Go to Event Booking Portal, click "Log In" in the top right corner, and follow the prompts to create an account.
