MEA's & Upcoming Events

Hello Edward Little Families,

I am writing with an update on testing and with information for the week, 5/15/23-5/20/23.

On Tuesday May 16th and Thursday May 18th, 11th graders will be doing their science MEA testing in their homerooms. After the exams the students will follow a 2 hour delay bell schedule and attend all their "white day" classes. There will be no LRTC for our students on May 16th and May 18th. Please be sure your student's laptops are charged.

Grades, 9, 10, and 12, will report to school at 10AM on Tuesday May 16th and Thursday May 18th. They will report to their first period class and follow the 2 hour delay bell schedule and attend all of their "white day" classes. Buses will follow their normal bus times and runs. Students that need to access their transportation and be here before 10AM will have access to a learning lab in the cafeteria.

On Wednesday May 17th, we will be hosting a college and military fair in the gym. Students will be called down throughout the morning to hear from over 50 representatives. This is open to all students.

On Friday May 19th, we will be having our community service day for grades 9, 10, and 11. Students have been working in their homerooms to make plans to give back to the community. Please ask your student about their community service plans and any needs they make have for the day. Seniors will be attending their Senior Trip.

Finally, on Saturday May 20th, we will host a community walk through of our current building. This is open to all to take a trip down memory lane one last time in our current building. This event will take place from 10AM-12 noon.

Respectfully,

Scott Annear
