AP Exams - May 4th to May 15th

Important reminders:
  • Students will be excused for the entire school day when they have an AP Exam. 
  • It is up to them if they feel they can attend class before or after an exam.
  • Exams are generally 2.5 to 3.75 hours long. They start at either 8am or 12pm.
  • Students may need extensions, without penalty, for work missed during AP Exams. Some students have 2-4 exams over the next 9 school days.
Important logistics:
  • We will be using Room 255/257, the med tech room, for some exams as we now have the announcements turned off in this room. We will also be using the DMG.
  • When this room is in use, the stairwell closest to the cafeteria on the first floor and <placeholder> room on the second floor will be closed. 
  • Please ask students to keep this area of the building as quiet as possible when signs are up and stanchions are placed across doors and halls.
  • <placeholder> will be our main proctor with other EL staff members supporting him with the larger groups.
